I am honored to preach/teach an average of 16 times monthly including regular times in each of four different churches in the Metro Manila area. I call this my “Little Flock Ministry”. This gives me the opportunity to preach in a consistent and in-depth way to a few churches rather than infrequently and less in-depth to many churches.

In partnership with the Philippine Baptist Bible School, and by the use of classroom lectures and video distance learning, we provide training for a Master’s degree and/or certification in Biblical Counseling. Through a unique rotating schedule, a student can begin at any time of the calendar year and complete the program in approximately two years. Each month the student will enjoy a day-long module as we cover the various aspects of Biblical Counseling. This also involves teaching modules at outlying locations.

Each month we write and/or publish approximately 80 pages of Christian literature targeting the various aspects of the believer’s life in Christ.

The Journal of Biblical Counseling for the Philippines features articles helpful to the Christian leader and Biblical Counselor.

Booklet Ministry – A booklet differs from a book in that it is shorter in length, easier to read than a full-length book, and more affordable. These booklets address a topic more thoroughly than a single article on the same subject.

Dr. Binney’s daily radio broadcast “The Heart and Home Hour” is currently carried on radio stations in the U.S., the Caribbean, and the Philippines.

Disaster Relief Food Ministry – we distribute food staples to needy church families among our “Little Flock Ministry”.

Pastoral Support Ministry – Our ministry supports several pastors and their families monthly for basic needs in their home.

We provide personal, marital, and ministry counseling for Christian leaders and their wives. This is a short-term, residential, intensive approach to Biblical counseling. Leaders and ministry couples in need are invited to the Binney home for the duration of a 3-5 day time of counseling complete with a personalized follow-up program tailored to their special needs. We also provide counseling for drop-ins by appointment.

Partnering with area churches, Dr. Binney teaches a monthly two-hour seminar on Marriage and the Family for one year’s duration. This includes a handout and a take home booklet covering the lesson in permanent printed form. Upon completion the attendees are able to earn a Certificate of attendance suitable for framing.

Book Ministry – Dr. Binney is the author of several books available through this website and is regularly writing more.

E-Journal Ministry – This is a periodical targeting a large audience via email with an article focusing on a single topic.

On a regular basis a five-minute single-topic video is posted on Facebook to minister to the needs of our Friends.
